Metaltemple is located in France near Chambery.
Its speciality is the design, the calculation the development and the production of mechanical steel parts for gearboxes, engines, body.
Investment casting is used to obtain a high level of strenght, precision and quality within very economically.
Among its main customers: Peugeot-Citroën, Renault, Fiat, Volkswagen, Sanden, Dura, United-Parts, ZF-Lemförder-Nacam, INA, Teleflex, Faurecia.


	•	Two foundry units able to produce 2,900 metric tons per year from injection of patterns to as cast parts

	•	One machining unit including machining centers, machining lines, grinding, heat treatment surfaces, induction quenching and assembly



	•	R&D Department using CAD techniques such as: - CAD Design (CATIA - PRO ENGINEER) - Resistance calculations (CATIA) - Casting simulation (MAGMA SOFT) - Technical data exchange - Rapid prototyping (SANDERS 3D printer, Stereolithography, Silicon moulding, one cavity mould)

Certifications

The plant is certified as per standard ISO-TS 16949:2002 for the quality system and ISO 14001 for the Environment-Safety Management System.

Metaltemple produces parts for a highly demanding customer base, both from a quality and economic performance standpoint.
The project office is able to ensure the creation of sets starting with the customer's requirements. The organisation by projects in the realisation of ambitious objectives in terms of delivery times, quality and costs of production.
