The plant is located at Carmagnola twenty kilometres south of Turin in Northern Italy.
The lost-foam process was initially applied for the manufacture of intake manifolds. Today its product range includes both upper and lower cylinder heads, camshaft carrier and engine blocks.
Product quality and total customer satisfaction are the plant’s prime objective.
Substantial capital expenditures, in fact, have been laid out for the continual improvement of the reliability of the manufacturing processes.
Carmagnola’s main customers are: Fiat, GME – Opel, PSA, VM.

	•	4 CMM for dimensional checks

Certifications The plant is certified as per standard ISO-TS 16949:2002 for the quality system and ISO 14001 for the Environment-Safety Management System.
